We do not sell personal information. We do not use SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. SMS / Text Message Privacy

Dusty's Magic (program brand: Dustys Magic) may send SMS messages related to home safety and smart-home status. Message frequency varies and is typically rare (only when a configured threshold is exceeded, plus occasional system tests). Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-in: End users opt in only through the public consent flow described at https://www.dustysmagic.com/sms-alerts (phone number + checkbox unchecked by default, or keyword START/YES after invitation), followed by a confirmation SMS. We do not add numbers without that active consent.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel SMS alerts at any time. After you opt out, we will not send further SMS alert messages to that number unless you opt in again.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help information.
  • Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to deliver opted-in safety alerts and for SMS delivery via our provider (Twilio).
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Phone numbers and consent records are retained as needed to run the program and meet carrier rules.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except as described below:
