Dusty's Magic 8 Ball Privacy Policy

Dusty's Magic 8 Ball does not run ads, analytics, or accounts. We never see your data.

This policy is for the iOS/iPadOS app Dusty's Magic 8 Ball only. It is not the privacy policy for Dusty's Magic the studio or dustysmagic.com.

We do not collect, store, or sell personal information. The app does not require an account. We do not run our own analytics, ads, or tracking.

Stats, level, streak, Always Right / Wrong, and Answer Packs you own can sync through your iCloud so an iPhone and iPad stay in step. That store lives in your Apple ID. We cannot read it. Turn iCloud off for this app in Settings if you do not want that.

Photos you put in Snow Globe, and Closet looks (floor, costume, Spirit Guide), stay on the device you set them on. They do not sync.

Optional unlocks go through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles that payment. We never see your card. Game Center, if you sign in, is Apple's — scores and achievements go through Apple, not us.
